03 Where it stops

How do you stop a chatbot making things up?

It answers only from sources you approve and cites them; when the sources don't cover a question, it says so and logs the question rather than guessing.

What happens when the bot doesn't know?

The question goes to your team, not into a guess. On the NFTR Assistant, an unanswered question is reported to admins, so the gap gets filled.
