00 Legal
These terms cover the use of tailwebs.com. The prices, ranges and timelines on the site are drafts, each one marked Draft, and every project gets a written quote. The full text is waiting for legal review, so each clause below is marked as a draft until it is approved.
01 About these terms
tailwebs.com is run by Tailwebs Technology Pvt Ltd, 208, Amarjyoti Layout, Domlur, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560071.
02 Prices
The package prices, cost bands and timelines on this site are drafts. Each one carries a label until it is final.
They are indicative ranges, not offers. A price binds us only when it is in a written proposal or contract.
Costs from other companies, such as hosting, app store fees, licences and AI usage, are billed at cost, as listed in your quote.
Every project gets a written quote. The current ranges are on our pricing page.
03 Project terms
Code ownership, NDAs, payments, warranty and support for a project are set out in its master services agreement and its proposal, not on this site.
The summaries of those terms on our FAQ and on the pricing page are for information only.
04 Content and use
05 Links and liability
This site links to other sites, including our TailApps product sites and sites we built for clients. Those sites may have their own terms.
06 Everything else
How we handle personal data is in our privacy policy.
