01 Real estate

Real estate app development, websites and lead generation

Tailwebs does real estate app development for developers and brokers: project websites, lead funnels, sales CRMs and customer apps. We plan for RERA disclosure rules and Indian messaging rules from the start, and can run the campaigns that fill the funnel, as we do for Tipsy Tale, our own brand. Buyers get updates, payments and documents in one app.

02 Who we build for

Real estate apps we build for developers, brokers and property managers

Three kinds of real estate business, each with its own products. Find yours, then see what joins all three.

What changes for you
  • Leads that convert. Project pages and campaigns that capture budget, configuration and timeline.

  • Every lead followed up. Automated messages, call queues and reminders, in a CRM or lead app that routes enquiries, schedules site visits and tracks status.

  • Fewer buyer calls. A customer app with construction updates, payment schedules, receipts and documents.

  • Disclosures in every ad. The project’s registration details as fields in every page and ad template, worded as your legal team approves.

Across all three: campaigns that fill the funnel, through performance and growth marketing and digital marketing; an assistant on your website that answers project questions and books site visits, through AI chatbot development; and a dashboard joining ad spend, leads, visits and bookings, through dashboard development.

Outreach and calling, automated. First replies, follow-up messages and call queues run on their own, so your sales team spends its time on buyers who answer. A worked example, not a client result: if your team handles 300 enquiries a month and each manual follow-up takes 10 minutes, that is 50 hours of calling a month before anyone books a site visit. Automation sends the first replies and hands sales only the leads who respond. See AI automation.

03 One lead record

A real estate developer CRM that joins every lead source

Leads arrive from five or more channels and go cold when they sit in separate inboxes. So every source lands in one lead record, checked for duplicates, and the record carries the buyer from first enquiry to handover.

Illustrative
One lead recordChecked for duplicates as each lead arrives, with its source and every follow-up on it.
  • Property-portal lead feedsEnquiries from the portals you list on.
  • Google and Meta lead formsLeads from search and social campaigns.
  • Website and microsite formsEach project’s own pages.
  • WhatsAppChats with the sales number or the assistant.
  • Missed-call and IVR numbersThe numbers printed on hoardings and ads.
  • Channel-partner registrationsBuyers a partner registers, checked against existing leads.
From there
  • Site-visit bookingA slot the buyer picks, confirmed to them and to sales.
  • Follow-up remindersUntil someone calls back, and every call logged.
  • Booking and allotmentThe unit, the price and the payment plan on the record.
  • The buyer appConstruction progress, demand letters and documents.
  • Payment gateway and ERPPayments in, demand letters and receipts from your ERP.
  • The lead dashboardAd spend to leads, visits and bookings, by source.

We have shipped payment-gateway, enterprise-system and automation integrations. Each source is connected after we confirm what its API or export allows, and no source’s leads sit outside the record. We run the same pattern ourselves: TailGPT, our own AI agent, captures leads in chat and sends each to an email alert, a leads page, a CSV export or Google Sheets. Site-visit booking follows the booking portals we built for Raja Fashions and Sams.

04 The RERA-ready template

Will our pages and ads stay within RERA and messaging rules?

That’s the aim: every project page, ad creative and lead form is made from one template that already carries what the rules ask for.

  1. Project registration number

    What the template holds
    The rule behind it
  2. The state regulator’s website

05 Rules we design for

Which rules shape a real estate app and its marketing?

Rules on project advertising, calls and messages to leads, consent on lead forms, claims in ads, and how payments and agreements are handled. We plan the product and the campaigns around them; your legal team confirms what applies.

Knowledge, not certification · not legal advice

  • Project advertising

    • The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act 2016 and your state’s RERA rules, such as Karnataka RERA’s
  • Calls and messages

    • TRAI’s rules on commercial calls and messages, including DLT registration for SMS
  • Consent and claims

  • Payments and agreements

    • RBI directions on collecting payments through gateways and aggregators
    • Aadhaar eSign and state e-stamping, where your lawyers allow them

07 FAQ

Questions about real estate app development.

How much does real estate app development cost?
Our draft range: the MVP Launch package, for a customer or sales app with one core flow, is ₹8–25 lakh, depending on roles, integrations with your ERP or CRM, and payments.
Do you build CRMs for real estate developers?
Yes, we build lead and sales apps that track enquiries, site visits and bookings, or connect to the CRM you already use.
Do project pages and ads need the RERA number?
Your state’s RERA rules set what must appear on pages and ads, including the registration number, and some states add their own, such as QR codes. We build those fields into every page and ad template, and your legal team confirms what applies.
Can buyers see construction progress and pay in the app?
Yes, the customer app can show progress photos, demand letters and payment schedules and take payments through your gateway.
Are you a real estate marketing agency in Bangalore?
Yes. Tailwebs was founded in Bengaluru, has its office in Domlur, and runs search and social campaigns with landing pages; for a project launch we track cost per lead, site visit and booking. The same team grows Tipsy Tale, our own brand.
Can leads from property portals, ads and WhatsApp land in one CRM?
Yes, we connect portal lead feeds, ad lead forms, website forms and WhatsApp to one CRM record with duplicate checks, after confirming what each source’s API allows.
What should a real estate app development company build first?
Usually the flow that loses the most money today: lead follow-up and site-visit booking for a developer, or partner lead registration for a broker. The buyer app follows once bookings flow.
