A rural loan took 25 days. Now it takes four.
Aadhar India lends to village and small-town households. A loan took 10–25 days and five or six agent visits, with documents checked by hand and a manual credit-bureau check. We rebuilt the process around field agents: a loan now takes 3–4 days and two visits, and the monthly loan book grew from ₹20 lakh to ₹2–3 crore.

A task-based agent app
Every loan became a checklist of tasks on the agent’s phone.

Documents captured and checked in the app
Agents photograph documents in the app and each one is marked signed or pending on the spot.

Automatic credit checks
The credit-bureau check runs automatically as soon as the documents are in.

A live dashboard for managers
Managers see every loan across branches in real time and approve from the dashboard.

A data layer on every borrower
Repayment history builds up for each borrower.
The first and last figures come from the client case deck. The steps in between are illustrative: they show the order of change, not measured values for each move.
